1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone number); vendor verification documents (ID, proof of address) for those applying to sell; order and booking details (delivery address, items purchased, payment amount); messages sent through inquiry/dispute forms; and payment confirmation data from our payment processor (we do not see or store your card details — those are handled entirely by Paystack).

2. How we use it

To operate your account, process orders/bookings, verify vendors, resolve disputes, send order-related notifications, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

Paystack — processes payments; see their privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Resend — sends transactional emails (order confirmations, notifications) on our behalf.
Supabase — hosts our database and file storage (including ID documents uploaded for vendor verification).
Tawk.to — powers our live chat widget, if you choose to use it.
Vendors and buyers see each other's name, phone number, and relevant order/inquiry details necessary to complete a transaction.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Your rights
